Mona Richter is an independent product designer based in Berlin, working with founders and design leads on contract engagements. She has spent the last nine years shaping interfaces for fintech, travel, health and logistics teams — focused on reducing complexity without losing nuance. She works directly with engineering, takes projects from rough idea to shipped product, and is currently taking on new contract work for Q2.
